Advisor Role
- Analyze Student Competency(Baseline Competency) and Risks Analysis.
- Provide advice and approve student enrollment.
- Organize the PLC System for students.
- Investigate student attendance, learning Behavior, and learning progress.
- Monitor each student to develop their own self development plan and E-Portfolio for gather their information, Progression in learning, and evidence related to learning Achievement.
- Evaluate and verify the TQF/PLOs competency Score once a year.
- Encourage student on any occasion.
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน สมรรถนะพื้นฐาน ความเสี่ยงของของนักศึกษาในความรับผิดชอบ
- ให้คำแนะนำและให้ความเห็นชอบในการลงทะเบียนเรียน ในแต่ละภาคการศึกษา
- จัดระบบให้นักศึกษาได้พบปะ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างกัน หรือช่วยเหลือระหว่างกัน ระหว่างพี่รหัสกับน้องรสหัส หรือระหว่างเพื่อนภายในกลุ่ม
- ติดตามการเข้าเรียน พฤติกรรมในการเรียน รวมทั้งความก้าวหน้าในการเรียน
- ดูแลให้นักศึกษาจัดทำแผนพัฒนาตนเอง(Individual Development Plan) และ E-Portfolio เพื่อสั่งสมข้อมูล ความก้าวหน้าในการเรียน หรือหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนหรือผลสำเร็จในด้านต่างๆ
- ประเมิน ตรวจสอบ ยืนยัน ผลการประเมินสมรรถนะพื้นฐานตามมาตรฐาน TQF ปีละ 1 ครั้ง
- กระตุ้น เสริมแรง ให้กำลังใจนักศึกษา ในโอกาสอันควร
