- Instructional Design of every Course focus on Work-Based Learning(WIL)
- Take Internship in the Third Year and the Fourth year of the Program
- The faculty emphasize on E-Portfolio Assessment; If your E-Portfolio of internship is Very Good or Good, you got A or B+

การรับรองหลักสูตร โดยสภาวิชาชีพ จนถึงปัจจุบัน
สมรรถนะผู้สอนหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี(Lecturer’s Competency)
1. มีวุฒิไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาโทในสาขาวิชาเฉพาะ หรือเกี่ยวข้องและมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสาขาวิชาเฉพาะ(ภาษาอังกฤษ)
2. มีผลงานวิจัยในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาเฉพาะ อย่างน้อย 1 รายการ ในระยะ 5 ปีล่าสุด
3. มีความสามารถด้านการออกแบบและจัดการเรียนรู้
4. มีทักษะด้านการวิจัยทางการศึกษาและวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้
5. มีสมรรถนะในการออกแบบและสร้างสรรค์งานด้านการบริการทางวิชาการ
(เช่น เป็นคณะกรรมการทางวิชาการให้กับองค์กรต่างๆ ออกแบบโครงการฝึกอบรม ผลิตเอกสารการสอน หนังสือ-ตำราทางวิชาการ เขียนบทวามเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้เพื่อบริการทางวิชาการ เป็นต้น)
6. สามารถบูรณาการการวิจัยและบริการทางวิชาการกับการจัดการเรียนรู้
7. มีความรับผิดชอบ มีน้ำใจ เอื้ออาทรต่อศิษย์
Lecturer’s Competency of B.Ed. Program
- Got at least a master’s degree in a specific field-English or in related fields and have experience in teaching specific subjects – English
- Created at least one research paper related to the specific subject in the last 5 years.
- Have the ability to design and manage learning
- Have skills in educational research and research for learning management.
- Capable of designing and creating academic service work.
(for example, being an academic committee for various organizations, designing a training program, production of teaching materials; Books – Academic Textbooks, writing articles to disseminate knowledge for academic services, etc.) - Be able to integrate research and academic services with learning management.
- Responsibility, kindness, generosity towards students
